Pick a time. From the hours you set, or a place in a class, with the places left shown.
Answer your questions. Your own booking form, asked as they book. A client who comes back isn’t asked again.
Sign your terms. Your agreement, signed by hand on their phone before the booking goes through. You both get a copy by email.
Pay, or pay you on the day. By card as they book, through your own Stripe. Or you mark cash or bank transfer as paid.
Get a reminder. By email, sent on its own.
Get the homework. Your notes and the dog’s homework go to the owner’s phone after the session.

Ticking a step lets your trainer see how you’re getting on.
However you start with a new dog
Whatever your first step is now, it stays your first step.
A free call first. New dogs can book only the free call until you’ve met them. Then everything opens.
A paid consultation first. The same, with your consultation as the first booking.
Home visits. Set a travel area, and only the postcodes you cover can book.
Group classes. Clients book a place per dog on each date, with the places left shown.
Packages and programmes. Bought by card on your booking page. A programme books all its sessions as they join.
Calendly or Bookwhen on your website. Your booking page sits in your website the same way. Moving from Calendly
What it doesn’t do
Better to know now than in week two.
Text reminders. Reminders go by email.
Waiting lists. There isn’t one.
Payment plans. The full amount is paid by card, or you mark instalments paid yourself.
Teams. One login per business. It’s made for trainers who work on their own.
